Live project

Every suburb has a story.

A live website that brings property, finance, economic and market signals together so a suburb is easier to understand before a property decision.

The product idea

A suburb report should feel like a guided investigation—not a folder of disconnected statistics.

Prices, rents, census figures and risk maps usually live in different places. Prova Research needed one place to search any Australian suburb and read the important signals together.

Prova Research was shaped around a more human question: when someone is considering a location, what do they need to understand before they can form a view? The resulting experience moves from search to context, comparison, risk and conclusion in one continuous report.

A richer picture of place

The report brings different kinds of evidence into one calm experience.

  1. 01

    Property market

Median prices, rents, yields, vacancy and housing trends are brought into the same reading path.

  2. 02

    People & place

Census context, nearby suburbs, schools and stations help the numbers sit inside a real location.

  3. 03

    Risk & change

Mapped bushfire and flood overlays, recorded crime and known projects make due diligence broader than a price chart.

  4. 04

    Traceable evidence

The report shows the sources behind published figures and leaves a metric out when suitable data is not available.

01 / Find

Start with the place you know.

Search by Australian suburb or postcode, or explore the map when the decision is still open. The entry point stays simple so research can begin without knowing which dataset to consult first.

02 / Read

Move from headline figures to local context.

The report organises published market, demographic, amenity and risk information into a readable sequence. Nearby suburbs and trend views create useful comparison without turning the experience into a wall of charts.

03 / Take away

Keep the research useful after the browser closes.

A written conclusion helps frame the available evidence, sources remain visible, and the report can be sent by email as a PDF for later review or discussion.

What is live now

The live site at provaresearch.com.au lets someone search a suburb or postcode, open a map of Australian suburbs, and read a report built from official sources. Each report covers the figures that are actually published for that place: median price, rent, yield and vacancy, a census profile, housing and rental trends, schools, stations and recorded projects, crime and mapped bushfire or flood overlays, a Prova Capital Index where there is enough data, nearby suburbs, a written conclusion and the sources behind every figure. A PDF of the report can be sent by email.

Designed around trust

Prova does not silently fill missing data. A suburb report presents only figures that are actually published for that place, labels its sources and keeps interpretation separate from the underlying evidence. That restraint is part of the product—not an empty state to hide.

A new idea, a better system, or a team to get you there. A few sentences is a perfectly good place to start.
